By train and bus
Take the train to Heerlen railway station. For the fastest route from your starting point, contact OV Reisinformatie (the public transport information line) on 0900-9292. You can then take a bus from the station.
There are no bus stops in the direct vicinity of ABP. One option is to take city bus number 21 or regional bus numbers 20 or 52 as far as the Douvenrade bus stop. From here, ABP is a 6 minute walk away.
On foot:
It is a 10 to 15 minute walk to ABP's headquarters from the railway station.
By car - from Eindhoven and the North (A2):
Coming from Eindhoven, follow the A2 motorway towards Heerlen. At the Kerensheide interchange, take the A76 towards Heerlen. At the Ten Esschen interchange, follow the N281. As you reach Heerlen, take the exit marked Maastricht/Valkenburg. At the end of the slip road, turn left, driving through the underpass. Go straight ahead at the traffic lights. After approximately 300 metres, you will come to another set of traffic lights. Turn left here, into Hamerstraat. Take the first street left, Oude Lindestraat. After 100 metres, you will reach the visitors' car park, on your left.
By car - from Maastricht (A79):
Coming from Maastricht, follow the A79 motorway towards Heerlen. Carry on straight ahead at the first set of traffic lights. At the third set of traffic lights, turn left into Hamerstraat. Take the first street left, Oude Lindestraat. After 100 metres, you will reach the visitors' car park, on your left.
