What is it?
This is the risk that the value of the investments in equities and real estate will decrease.
How do we limit this?
The proportion of investments in real securities included in the ABP portfolio is determined on the basis of asset liability management. The real assets in which we invest include shares, private equity, hedge funds, infrastructure, real estate and commodities. We diversify the risks inherent to these securities by investing in various investment classes, regions, categories and sectors. We further diversify the risk by investing in a mix of companies.
