Currency risk
What is it?
This is the risk that investments we have made in foreign currency investment products decrease in value as a result of fluctuations in the exchange rates of these currencies with respect to the Euro.
How do we limit this?
The largest portion of the investments in foreign currency products is denominated in U.S. dollars. The currency risk associated with this is currently fully hedged. This limits our currency risk considerably.
