Self-investment versus outsourcing

As a rule, all of our investments are internally managed by our in-house asste managers based on available talents. Outsourcing is an option if specific local expertise is required or if external managers are in a position to invest more cost-efficiently. This provides flexibility, benefits of scale and control of the balance between return and risk. A restricted section of the invested capital has therefore been entrusted to external parties following a strict selection process.
