Avoid double taxationYour pension is taxed in accordance with Dutch legislation. Your ABP pension may also be taxed in the country you live in. ABP has made arrangements with a number of countries to avoid double taxation. If you want to avoid double taxation you have to send in a written application to the Dutch Tax Administration:
