On MijnABP it is possible to actually 'play' with your pension. This enables you to make tailor-made decisions that suit your personal demands and circumstances.
By inserting a particular age (year and month), you immediately see the corresponding amount of pension. You may for example opt for more pension before you have reached the age of 65, and less pension later on. But of course, you may also choose for a pension that remains the same. You can immediately see the financial consequences of your choices on screen.
Do you plan to retire with FPU within 4 months time? If so, MijnABP allows you to apply online to receive an offer. It is possible to manipulate the date of your FPU retirement on MijnABP. You may do so, until you have attained the amount of FPU that seems appropriate for your future needs. Once you are satisfied with the outcome you may apply online to receive an offer from ABP.
The pension on MijnABP is actually calculated online. Every month we are, if necessary, adjusting the salary figures and the part-time factor, with the effect that MijnABP is a more 'up to date' medium than the latest pension statement.
